normally it's only for the purchase of the service members ticket but depending on the person selling they may discount the entire purchase just because they appreciate what the military does for the country and for them.

Joining the military and getting a college degree are two of the best things that you can do if you want to become a law enforcement officer. There are criminal investigator positions within the federal government that you can get without any law enforcement experience. You can qualify with a college degree with a high grade point average in some cases. If you want to become a police detective, you would have to start as a patrol officer, and probably work for a number of years before becoming a detective. What branch of the military you join won't matter much. That is more of a personal decision. I would consider trying to join the Coast Guard. Best of luck!

If you want to be a firefighter you should go into the navy because to my knowdlge they are the only branch that still has active duty firefighters the army has firefighters but they are all reservist and national guard they did away with active duty firefighters

Any branch would be helpful but consider where you want to be a firefighter -- in the mountains of California (brush and tree), major airport, harbor, city. each branch would have an edge on the training provided -- the Coast Guard is a good choice on the High Seas or the Air force with Aviation fuel and tankers of oil. The Navy has their carriers which is like a mini city and the Army has helicopters and tanks and housing for a more general training. Find out the adventure you like and ask the recruiters if anything they offer will make you perhaps opt to stay in the military-- they need young leaders for the Future -- your specialization in an area that the Military can be used is not only an asset to our country but a challenge for you -- Good Luck and Thank You for your service.

Ppppplllllbbbbbbppp!!! <<noise somewhat like PSHT!!! OK THEN....

Uniform huh..., I got a closet full.... , If your into uniforms so much ... why not go to a Star Wars convention and pick up a Storm Trooper... I'm kidding....., but also making a point...
"NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER"

look girl....., A MAN IS A MAN..... Every man is different , although I suppose if your looking for a man that's more ALIKE all the others then look for a Uniform..., what is the attraction though really..., Is it because They were already trained to be yelled at and ordered around by a drill Sergeant so this may help to prepare them for married life somehow ???

I guess I can see that..., What woman doesn't think they want a man good at Following Orders...

Ok..., well I guess my answer wasn't helpful but What the heck it's 2 points or something...

anyways If you looking to hook up with a military man it's the same as with any other man....,

It's the same with any relationship or At least IT USED TO BE......, If you want Something....., You GRAB IT AND TAKE IT.... that's an indirect quote from "Conan The Destroyer"- The Movie

Here's the Lines from the Movie : to really get the point you'd have to see that scene in the movie I always thought that was a good quote that could be used in every walk of life.....

Jehnna :- How do you attract a man? What I mean is, suppose you set your heart on somebody. What would you do to get him?

Zula :- Grab Him!! , And Take Him!! <<< A Warrior Woman carrying a Spear says this...

Dude believe me everyone wants to join the Marines when they are at your age but they just don't do it. You will go to a recruiting office but thats probably as far as its going to get sorry dude I'm just giving you the facts. There are just a bunch of kids on the internet who want to be marines and pretend to be in the Marines. But like i said just think and do research on some other branches then wait 2 years and you will come up with an answer and be able to go see a recruiter
